Background: Genia Malone’s experience includes the Pinewood Elementary Fine Art Magnet Program in Orlando, Florida. In Alabama, she served as art teacher, soccer coach, and dance coach at Monrovia Middle School in Madison; in Huntsville, she taught photography, crafts and fundamentals of art at Grissom High School and coached soccer and cheerleading at Mountain Gap Middle. For five years, she worked for the Department of Defense Education in Stuttgart, Germany, serving as art teacher, soccer coach, cheerleading coach, and assistance volleyball coach.

Teaches: Ceramics and Drawing for Calhoun. Also teaches ceramics classes for Athens State University’s Center for Lifelong Learning.
